Forced Perspective

The shot that is most believable is the one of the shoe because someone can step on a trashcan, depending on how small the trash can is.
The most interesting one is the last one because he is blowing someone away because since i added the wind effect it makes it pretty cool
What was difficult about creating these images was coming up with the ideas and getting the angles right to take the photos

Advertsing

I decided to use the KD nike logo because I'm a huge fan of KD and felt its a good way to show my appreciation.
My big idea was to make a good quality ad that i could be proud of and i achieved this goal
When it came to lighting i focused the lights on the subjects face and have the shadow be behind him so they wouldn't mess up the ad.

My still life represents the love i have for the game of basketball
The lighten gin my image is directed at the subject

Bringing Action to Life

My favorite part of the image is how well all of the images blend together and compliment one another
The most difficult part was the whole photoshop process. Making them look good and blending one another was hard and I don't want to do this again
Easiest part of the whole process was taking the photos

Lillard Time

My image can go either way when it comes to being real or not. Damian Lillard does have a really fast quick release. However, with the camera we have now, they would be able to capture to the photo with little to no blur

Ball is Life

On a sunny day in Team sports, Justing was getting ready for a game of paddle tennis. He starts with the serve. Throws the ball up high in the air. Eying it making sure to hit it at the right time. He makes contact and send it to the opposing players side. He sees his success, but notices that the player hits it back. He now hows to get ready to send it back.

Abbey Roads

The mot difficult part of this project was to apply the shadows and finding the perfect background. It became easy with the shadows because i got a little help
What i like about my composition is how i took a classical album cover and applied my own twist to it.
What i could do to improve my composition was to find the actually cover that the Beetles used and to match that perfectly with my image

Surreal

The tool i used most in my image was the brush tool
The best part of my composition is my shark coming out of the water because you notice calm waters and the elephant seals laying on the sand then see a random shark jump out of nowhere
It wasn't difficult but finding the right shade and the right size was the hardest part
I don't think i could have done anything better when it comes to my image.

Landscape in a Bottle

The three things i learned while doing this assignment was how to use vignette and make the image pop, how to properly use a clipping mask and why its so essential, and lastly how flip an image vertically and horizontally.
My final image had 30 layers
I did like this assignment because the final product was beautiful. i did not like it because there were a lot of steps, but overall i would definitely do it again

Test

The way he used his reflection was amazing. It was a perfect mirror image
What most people would see as just a regular image he sees opportunity and takes the photos to make them look beautiful
What most people would see as boring and bland he takes the images and adds an interesting and fun feel to them

I like how my sun is the vocal point and the glare from it passes through the branches
I think my shot is amazing because its mine and its original. No one has my image or took it at the angle i did
The filter i used was filter grain
This challenge was easy. The only hard part was trying to find what to take a picture of
The element of art and principle of design i used was repetition and line

Wednesday, February 17, 2016

My favorite image is between the first, fourth, and last one because not only did i make them abstract.  I also changed the color which makes it harder to guess what it is

The second photo shows the element of art because it shows texture.

The first photo shows the best principle of design because it has a variety of lines

My favorite image and filter combination is the first one. i can't explain why its just one of those images that capture you eye and you just fall in love with. i hope i can use this filter some time in the future because i really do like it

When i took the goto i did not use the rule of thirds. I mainly tried to focus on the land when i took the pictures
I used proportion when i took my photos because i wanted to show something that is small but looks big up close to something that is big but looks small in the background. Makes the photo look more unique
I took my images at around 1030-11  in the morning. It was a good time to take the images because it was right when the sun was rising so it gave the images a great light source
I focused on something small in the foreground so it looks big and focused on something big in the background so it looks small

The lab color method worked the best for me because the stuff that was up close had a lighter color compared to the stuff in the background that looked darker
I did achieve a large value range for my images. It was fun being able to use these different techniques and I hope to do it again

Landscape detail

Using the macro lens was fun even though it was difficult to take off and put back on. I love how it blurs out everything and focuses on the one subject
My favorite shot is the last one because I was able to use the fish eye lens and show the numbers which to me looks cool
The shot that uses the best rule of thirds is the one of the wood with the stick poking out because the stick is in the top right where your suppose to have rule of thirds
